In short
This website sets no cookies unless you allow analytics. It keeps two small entries in your browser's storage to work, and it uses no advertising or social media trackers.
Always used: browser storage needed for the website
| Name | Where | Purpose | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
idex-analytics-consent | Local storage | Remembers your analytics choice, so we do not ask again. | Until you clear your browser's site data |
idex-site-attribution | Session storage | Remembers the campaign parameters, referring website and first page of this visit, sent with a form if you send one. | Until you close the tab |
Only with your consent: Google Analytics 4
These cookies are set only after you choose Allow analytics (analytics is currently switched off on this website, so they are not set at all). Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode with every purpose denied by default.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors so that visits can be counted. | 2 years |
_ga_<container id> | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of the current session. | 2 years |
What Google Analytics receives is described in the privacy notice.
Live demonstrations
The live tools on this website are the IDEX widgets, loaded from tools.idexonline.com. They set no cookies. If you choose a currency in a tool, it is remembered in session storage for this tab only.
Your choice
You can change your analytics choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Declining or withdrawing consent removes the Google Analytics cookies and stops analytics; the website works the same either way. You can also clear all site data in your browser's settings.
